You might wonder as you pass by our location. "What's going in there???" Let's spill the tea on what's inside! Here are the services you'll enjoy at Soliflo.

You can't see much from the outside... what's inside?

Float Therapy

The main attraction! Float therapy is described more in detail here. Here's what's special about floating here: privacy and cleanliness in state-of-the-art float tanks. They're definitely the top service at Soliflo.

Two private rooms--each with a premium float tank and private shower--will be onsite and available by appointment. Tanks and their water are filtered, cleaned and sanitized between sessions. This cycle ensures a safe and hygienic experience for every user.

Photobiomodulation

Except you probably call it "red light therapy" as we most often do! Enjoying red light therapy is effortless. Simply bask in low-level red and near-infrared wavelengths. Red and near-infrared light—often called photobiomodulation—has been studied for its effects on cellular processes, skin health, and recovery. At Soliflo, it's offered as a simple, noninvasive addition to your wellness routine.

Specialized red light panels are available in both our heat sauna and our Halotherapy Hangout. It brings incredible benefits to the therapies you're already enjoying!

Contrast Therapy

Sauna much? The term contrast describes the benefits of challenging your body to endure extreme temperatures. Moving between heat and cold creates a striking contrast in sensation as your body responds to the changing temperatures. Ask anyone who enjoys either extreme heat or cold—the experience can be exhilarating!

The heat sauna onsite has a dedicated room and shower. It's near the back of our downtown location so that you can hop to the cold plunge on the back porch! Go from hot to cold with breaks, showers, and rehydrating drinks as you feel need.

Halotherapy

What's that? Literally "salt" therapy. A specialized halogenerator disperses microscopic particles of pharmaceutical-grade salt into the air while you relax and breathe normally. The result is a dry-salt environment designed as a relaxing wellness experience. And what do you have to do? Just breathe.

The Halotherapy Hangout is our mobile unit. Sometimes onsite as parking permits, but more so seen out at events. It's the perfect groups size, seating up to six.
