Cancellation Policy

Participation in Soliflo wellness services is voluntary. By receiving services, I acknowledge and agree to the following: I Understand | I am voluntarily participating in services that may include: • Float Therapy • Sauna • Cold Plunge • Contrast Therapy • Red Light Therapy • Halotherapy These services are intended to support general wellness and relaxation and are not medical treatments. Health Disclosure | I agree to inform Soliflo staff before participating if I have: • Pregnancy • Cardiovascular disease • High or low blood pressure • Epilepsy or seizure disorders • Diabetes • Infectious skin conditions • Open wounds • Recent surgery • Serious respiratory illness • Implanted medical devices • Any condition that could affect safe participation Medical Advice | I understand Soliflo does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. I am responsible for consulting my healthcare provider regarding participation if I have any medical concerns. Assumption of Risk | I understand wellness services involve inherent risks including but not limited to: • Slips or falls • Heat-related illness • Cold exposure • Dizziness • Claustrophobia • Skin sensitivity • Allergic reactions • Temporary discomfort I voluntarily assume these risks. Release of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release Soliflo, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims arising from ordinary participation in wellness services, except where prohibited by law or resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct. Personal Responsibility | I agree to: • Follow all staff instructions • Exit any service immediately if I feel unwell • Avoid alcohol or recreational drugs before appointments • Use equipment responsibly Emergency Care If emergency medical treatment becomes necessary, I authorize Soliflo staff to contact emergency services. Any medical expenses remain my responsibility. By booking or participating in services, I acknowledge that I have read and understand this waiver and voluntarily agree to these terms. You may reschedule your session online up to 3 hours before booked time. A no-show forfeits your session and options to reschedule or receive a refund.
