Soliflo provides wellness services including, but not limited to:

• Sauna

• Cold Plunge

• Red Light Therapy

• Halotherapy

• Memberships

• Gift Cards

• Wellness products

Availability of services may change without notice.

Appointments may be booked online or in person.

Please arrive early enough to complete any required intake forms.

Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions.

Appointments canceled with less than the required cancellation notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session, in accordance with Soliflo's current booking policies.

Members should refer to their membership agreement for additional details.

Memberships renew automatically unless canceled according to the membership agreement.

Membership benefits have no cash value and are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

Membership pricing and benefits may change for future memberships; existing members will be notified of material changes in accordance with applicable law and their membership agreement.

Gift cards are redeemable for eligible services and products.

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced.

Certain services may not be appropriate for every individual.

Customers are responsible for informing Soliflo of relevant medical conditions, medications, injuries, or pregnancy prior to participating.

Participation in wellness services is voluntary and at your own risk.

Soliflo reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services when necessary for safety.

All website content, including logos, graphics, photographs, text, and branding, is the property of Soliflo and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soliflo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles.
